I am a passionate yoga teacher and practitioner. In India, in 2016, I have studied for certification in hatha yoga teacher training and I maintain a personal practice of Ashtanga yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
During the 60min session, I will help you to find together a personalized group of yoga poses for your own needs, a practice that you can integrate afterward into your daily life even when life seems busy or your work too sedentary. Like this, you will maintain or start a daily routine that can definitely change for the better your lifestyle.
I will teach also a short meditation for calming the mind and breathing techniques that you can take into your daily life.
I love sharing my knowledge with others because I believe that we really can become the best version of ourselves as long as we are aware of the important connection between mind, body, and emotions.
