I was skeptical about the idea of a star chart, but Andrada's approach is so thoughtful and grounded that I found myself really getting immersed in the theory and practice behind it. She had a great calming energy that put my partner and I instantly at ease, and she explained everything in just the right amount of detail, so it wasn't overwhelming. She was patient with questions and even suggestes some when we weren't sure what to ask.
