Thank you for choosing our services! To make sure everyone has a smooth experience, here’s what you need to know about our sessions:

1. Online Sessions Only

All sessions are held online only via Zoom or Google meet.

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a working device for your session.

2. Booking, Payment & Attendance

Sessions must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Please join your session on time so you get the full experience. Late arrivals may shorten the session, as we can’t extend the scheduled time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions are non-refundable, so please only book when you are ready to attend.

If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 2 days advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new time, subject to availability.

4. Technical Issues

If something goes wrong on our side and we can’t run your session, we’ll happily reschedule at no extra cost.

We’re not able to offer refunds for missed sessions or issues on the client’s side (like internet problems).

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share in your session stays private.

We will never share your personal information or session content without your permission (unless required by law).

Refund Policy

We want every session to be valuable for you, which is why we have a clear and simple policy:

We cannot issue refunds for missed or canceled sessions.
